Terms & Conditions

All bookings must be paid in advance - no payment, no admittance.

Prices include: VAT, lunch & refreshments, documentation, parking and welcome cocktail party and gala dinner.

Prices do not include flights, transport or accommodation. One day rate excludes cocktail party.

• Bookings may be made online or via email. All bookings will be confirmed by SBS within 48 working hours.
• Payment can be made by electronic transfer (EFT).
• All cancellation must be confirmed in writing and a cancellation reference obtained from SBS.
• Cancellations cannot be refunded if cancelled within 15 working days of the event. Cancellations prior to 15 working days will be refunded less 15% cancellation fee.
• Substitutions of delegates will be permitted and all name changes must be communicated to SBS by email.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to change the venue, dates and programme.

 

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the way we treat your personal  Information collected electronically when you use our website  for registering  to attend our events.  We respect your privacy and your personal information and for this reason, we take all reasonable measures, in accordance with this Policy, to protect your personal information and to keep it confidential, even when you are no longer our customer.
We subscribe to the principles, outlined in Section 51 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 2002 ('ECT Act'), which govern your right to having your personal information kept private.

 

We briefly outline these principles below:

• We will only collect, disclose, collate, process and store ('use') your personal information with your express written permission unless legally required to do so, and will only use such information for the lawful purpose for managing our events
• We will disclose in writing, the specific purpose for which we use, request and store your personal information. We will also keep a record of that personal information and the specific purpose for which we collect it.
• We will not use your personal information for any other purpose, other than that which we disclosed to you, unless you give us your express written permission.

 

Liability

The Organizing Committees and/or Conference Organizers shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements in respect of personal insurance.
