ACCOMMODATION

Hostel Accommodation

R200 per person per night (single or double occupancy) available on campus. Small, basic, clean and consists of small rooms with two single beds, shared showers & toilets including breakfast.

Hotels (Hostel is now fully booked)

Block bookings have been made at two hotels about 7 kilometers from the university campus. A daily shuttle service will be available to and from the university campus for the Monday to the Thursday at a cost of R200 per person for the four days.

Protea Hotel Stellenbosch (Protea Hotel is now fully booked)
R560 per night including breakfast (single occupancy)
R390 per person per night including breakfast (double occupancy)

The Stellenbosch Lodge Hotel (The Stellenbosch Lodge Hotel is now fully booked)
R510 per night including breakfast (single occupancy)
R375 per person per night including breakfast (double occupancy)

Bookings for the above Hotels and Hostel accommodation must be made via the
WCCE 2005 on-line registration form

Guest Houses

A number of small guest houses ranging in price are also available within 5 kilometers of the university campus.

Note the “Oak” rating is a local regional rating similarly to the standard hotel star grading system.

Guest House accommodation must be booked and paid direct with the establishment.

TRANSFERS

TO AND FROM THE CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Return transfers from the airport to your accommodation at Stellenbosch will be provided at a cost of R250 per person.

TO AND FROM THE UNIVERSITY CAMPUS
A daily shuttle service will be available from the hotels and guest- houses to and from the university campus from the Monday to the Thursday at a cost of R200 per person for the four days.

Transfers must be pre-booked via the WCCE 2005 on-line registration form.
