ACCOMPANYING PARTNERS

This includes the welcome cocktail party, gala dinner and three tours. These events may be booked independently — see registration form for individual prices.


PLEASE NOTE:

Bookings may be made by post, fax, email or online. All bookings will be confirmed by SBS within 48 working hours.

*SBS, the congress organiser will invoice you for the congress fee, partners programme, post congress one day tours, and airport transfers. The hotels will invoice you direct for your accommodation reserved through SBS.

Payment can be made by cheque, electronic transfer or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Cheques should be made payable to Strategic Business Services (Pty) Ltd.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and a cancellation reference obtained from SBS.

Cancellations cannot be refunded if cancelled within 10 working days of the event. Cancellations prior to 10 working days will be refunded less 10% cancellation fee.

Substitutions of delegates will be permitted and all name changes must be communicated to SBS by fax or email.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to change the venue, dates and programme.
