ACCOMMODATION

Hotel accommodation can be booked along with your congress booking with SBS.

Accommodation will be booked for you by SBS at the selected hotel. You will be invoiced for your accommodation by the hotel. Please pay them directly.

Rooms have been reserved, for the duration of the congress, at special rates at a selection of hotels in close proximity to the congress centre (within walking distance).

These will be held until the 28 February 2006 when all reserved rooms will be released.

Prices include breakfast but exclude 1% tourism levy.

Please note: SBS, the congress organiser will invoice you for the congress fee, partners programme, post congress one day tours, and airport transfers. The hotels will invoice you direct for your accommodation reserved through SBS.

 

Transfers from airport to hotels and return may be booked with SBS at a cost of R150 per person per trip or R300 per return. You will be met in the arrivals hall at Cape Town airport and escorted to the transport.

PARKING

Undercover Multi Access Parking is available at the CTICC in the P1 and P3 Parking Areas @ R37.50 per day. This is payable at the CTICC.
