• Bookings may be made by telephone, post, fax, email or from this website; however, telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing. Bookings posted after the 24th June 2002 must be confirmed by fax or email.

• Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card.

• Cheques should be made payable to Strategic Business Services (Pty) Ltd.

• Cancellations cannot be refunded if cancelled within 10 working days of the event. Cancellations prior to 10 working days will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee.

• All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and a cancellation/refund reference obtained from SBS. Failure to obtain a cancellation number will result in no refund being made.

• Substitution of delegates will be permitted and all name changes must be communicated to SBS in writing.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to change the venue, dates and programme
