Bookings posted after the 20th September 2001 must be confirmed by fax or email. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. Cheques should be made payable to Strategic Business Services (Pty) Ltd. Cancellations cannot be refunded if cancelled within 10 working days of the event. Cancellations prior to 10 working days will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and a cancellation/refund reference obtained from SBS. Failure to obtain a cancellation number will result in no refund being made. Substitution of delegates will be permitted and all name changes must be communicated to SBS in writing.
