Please Note:

  • Bookings may be made by post, fax, email or online. All bookings will be confirmed by SBS within 48 working hours.

  • SBS, the congress organiser will invoice you for the congress fee, partners fees, pre & post congress one day tours, and airport transfers. The hotel will confirm your booking and  will  invoice you direct for your accommodation reserved through SBS.

  • Payment can be made by, electronic transfer or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

  • All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and a cancellation reference obtained from SBS.

  • Cancellations cannot be refunded if cancelled within 10 working days of the event. Cancellations prior to 10 working days will be refunded less 10% cancellation fee.

  • Substitutions of delegates will be permitted and all name changes must be communicated to SBS by fax or email.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to change the venue, dates and programme.
