These instructions apply to all submissions of papers, proposals and abstracts for ICSE 2010:

 You may use any document preparation tools that you wish, but your contribution must be formatted according to the ACM SIG Proceedings format templates. On this page, specific examples are available for LaTeX and MS Word, as well as a PDF for ready reference. LaTeX users should follow the Option #2 template (Tighter alternate style).

 For the paper size, use US Letter format (8.5x11 inches).

 Once you have prepared your document, convert it to Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).

 Submit only PDF via the links mentioned under point 6 below.

Upon notification of acceptance, all authors of accepted papers will be asked to complete an ACM Copyright form that will be distributed with the Author kit. The permissions block for the first page of your paper relevant to your particular event will also be distributed to you at this stage.

This year, the proceedings will be split into Volume I and Volume II according to camera-ready-copy (CRC) dates.
The cut off date for Volume I is 13 February 2010.

Links for uploading final versions and copyright forms for accepted papers will be enabled once the submission phases for all tracks have passed. We will inform authors when these links have been enabled.

Workshop proceedings are not printed, but are included with all the above on the USB stick.
