Early Bird Discount is for bookings and payments received by 30 January 2009.
Group discount of 10% for 5 or more delegates from the same company.
1 Day fees do not include:
The Gala Dinner or Cocktail party.
3 Day Conference prices quoted include:
Documentation, Refreshments, Lunch, Parking, Dinner on the 21st April and Cocktail Party on the 22nd April 2009.
Prices do not include: Flights, transport or accommodation.
Please Note:
Bookings may be made online, by email, fax, or post.
All bookings will be confirmed by SBS within 48 working hours.
Payment can be made by cheque, electronic transfer or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Cheques should be made payable to Strategic Business Services (Pty) Ltd.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and a cancellation reference obtained from SBS.
Cancellations cannot be refunded if cancelled within 10 working days of the event. Cancellations prior to 10 working days will be refunded less 10% cancellation fee.
Substitutions of delegates will be permitted and all name changes must be communicated to SBS by fax or email.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to change the venue, dates and programme.
ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE — NO PAYMENT, NO ADMITTANCE.

Whilst there is no official partner programme, partners are welcome to accompany their spouses to the Cocktail Party and/or Gala Dinner:

Rooms will only be held in reserve for delegates until 20th February 2009 and then released.
