• Postal bookings made within ten days of the event must be confirmed by telephone, fax or email.
• All cancellations must be made in writing.
• Cancellations cannot be refunded later than ten working days prior to the seminar date. Cancellations made prior to ten days before the seminar date will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. Substitution of delegates is permitted.
• In the event of circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to change dates and / or venues.
